Our RECHARGE Outreach initiatives focus on service to not only our local community but to those worldwide through our fundraising efforts to support the American Red Cross.  Learn more about our RECHARGE Outreach initiatives below.

DISASTER RECHARGE FUND

The Charge Robotics team has continued with the initiative previously known as Storm for Storm Relief.  Helping others is a mission we are proud of here at Charge. We raise funds to donate to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

ROAD CLEAN UP

Charge works with sister team Red Watch to clean up the local community of Evesham Township three times a year.

CAR WASH

Charge works with sister team Red Watch offering car washes to the local community.

Our SUPERCHARGE Outreach initiatives promote STEM and collaboration throughout our local community.

Our team participates in our school's Little Chief's Safe Trunk or Treat. Team members pick a theme each year, dress up, and hand out candy to young local students. Students have a chance to see our demo bot as well.

Our team hosted its first annual All You Can Brick event where we ran a FIRST Lego League scrimmage and brick build challenge.  The event allowed existing FLL teams to get competition practice and networking experience in the FIRST community.  It also gave second to eighth-grade students an opportunity to learn more about the FIRST community and compete in a design challenge where they won awards and received a certificate with an event swag bag with a STEM-themed activity packet, t-shirt, and brain teaser puzzles.

Charge hosts an annual Robot Reveal with Red Watch Robotics where families, sponsors, and community members are invited to see the teams' progress at the end of the build season.

Charge additionally hosts a Kickoff event annually where several FMA teams get together to watch the game reveal. Following the reveal is a joint-strategy meeting that all teams are welcome to join.
